Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Period You have 7 days from the date of purchase (or delivery) to report a defective item.

2. Eligibility for Returns We only accept returns for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Defective/Damaged: If the item you received is faulty, not working as described, or damaged upon arrival, you may return it for a refund or replacement.

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns if you simply change your mind or ordered the wrong item by mistake. Please double-check your order before confirming.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Fully functional items.

  • Digital game codes or software.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or accidental damage by the customer.

4. Refund Process Once we receive your defective item, we will inspect it to confirm the issue.

  • If the defect is confirmed, we will initiate a full refund to your original method of payment (Cash, Mobile Money, or Bank Transfer).

5. Exchanges We do not accept exchanges unless the item is defective.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Defective Items: We will cover the shipping cost for returning defective or incorrect items.
